1. Scope and who we are

This policy explains how the kwPGH website, operated for Keller Williams Pittsburgh South, collects, uses, and discloses information. It applies to the public website and the private agent and market-center workspaces. It does not govern an agent's separate website or another service linked from this site.

We use first-party session and security cookies to keep users signed in and protect form submissions. We also set a random, HTTP-only first-party browser identifier to calculate aggregate page requests and unique-browser counts. That identifier does not contain your name, email address, or IP address and expires after one year. Our custom page-view metric records the requested page and, for signed-in users, the agent identifier; it does not attach a raw IP address. When a visitor closes a public promotion, we use a protected representation of the same browser identifier to count one close per browser for that promotion.

Google reCAPTCHA helps protect contact forms from spam and abuse, and Google Maps supports location features. Those services may receive browser, device, and network information under their applicable terms. You can control cookies through your browser, but blocking session or security cookies may prevent sign-in and forms from working correctly.

We may disclose information to authorized office personnel and agents when needed to respond to a request or operate the agent workspace. We also use service providers that host or support the website, database, file storage, email delivery, monitoring, maps, spam prevention, and AI features, including Microsoft Azure and Google. We may disclose information when required by law, to address security or fraud, to protect legal rights or safety, or as part of a business reorganization.

We do not sell personal information or use website activity for targeted advertising.

6. Retention and security

Retention depends on why the information was collected, operational needs, legal requirements, and security considerations. One-time sign-in links expire after the configured time and can be used only once. Agent passkeys and pending sign-in links are removed when access is deactivated through the management workflow. Archived repository documents remain stored but are excluded from assistant retrieval; permanently deleted documents are removed through the repository deletion process.

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls, managed identities, and restricted storage. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information you submitted, subject to legal, security, and operational requirements. Agents can manage their saved passkeys from the authenticated workspace. Browser controls can delete or block cookies, although doing so may limit site features.

8. Children and external links

This website is intended for a general real estate audience and is not directed to children under 13. Links to agent websites, social networks, maps, and other third-party services are governed by those services' own privacy practices.
